- The Promotion is valid from 5 April 2026 until 5 May 2026 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Promotion requires the Participants to scan the QR code at the Point of Sale or banners displayed in stores to enter the draw for a chance to win UCL tickets.
- The Participants can scan and upload their receipt to double their chance if winning UCL tickets:
- UCL Experience – Match Tickets & full trip (2 flight tickets, 2 match tickets, 2 nights hotel stay at Budapest) (“Trip”)
- (hereinafter referred to as “Prizes”).
- No other or ancillary expenses in connection with the Trip (including, food, transportation within Cardiff or residence country, etc.) or travel insurance are provided for as part of the Trip. Winners herewith accept and confirm that in order to be eligible for the Trip, acceptance of the Trip is in compliance with the respective Winners’ applicable laws and regulations. Winners should also hold a valid passport with no travel ban. Winners will be solely responsible to secure a valid tourist visa in order to travel to the destination, if required (the “Visa”). If a Winner fails or is any way unable to secure a required Visa, he/she will no longer be eligible for the Trip.
- Winners shall be at least eighteen (18) years old and hold a passport and/or ID from KSA or residency in KSA. Proof will be required to collect the Prize. Those under the age of twenty-one (21) must obtain and provide the organizers with written parental/guardian consent to receive any of the Prize.
- Winners hereby confirm their willingness to sign an appropriate release form to be provided by the organizers and appear in campaign material (including use of their likeness, name, image, voice, video footage and audio record) and grant to the organizers, at no cost, an unrestricted, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such material throughout the world in any media throughout the world (including but not limited to print, non-theatrical home video, CD-Rom, internet and any other electronic medium presently in existence or invented in the future).
- The Winners will be notified with all necessary details regarding Prizes redemption.
- PepsiCo employees, the Bottler’s employees, their family members and/or their agents or distributors are not allowed to participate in the Campaign or win any Prize.
- Winners of the Prize agree and acknowledge that neither PepsiCo nor its Bottlers in KSA is liable or can be held accountable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or penalizing damages due to the Winners’ use of the Prize.
- Prizes awarded in this Campaign are non-transferable, non-divisible and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items or services.

If a Winner does not confirm he/she is able to receive it or sign the release forms within the duration specified above or is unable to receive the Prizes for any reason, then such Winner shall forfeit his/her Prizes (“Forfeited Prizes”). It will be at the sole discretion of the organizers to re-allocate the Forfeited Prizes.
The customer is solely responsible for obtaining the required travel visa and fulfilling all legal requirements necessary to receive the prize and to travel to and from the destination
